2021 Fine Arts Week Installation
With Covid-19 regulations still in effect, it was difficult to create an art installation that would be entertaining for the audience but also safe. The boxes are meant for a single viewer to step inside and enjoy the colors reflected in the sunlight. Since the boxes are clear, the participants can see other people inside the boxes or looking at the structures. It ties into the idea that since we can't all be together, we can all share the same experience while remaining apart from each other.
